To those that submitted for HQL using temporary Texas card -- Did you actually print out a copy and sign it and then rescan a signed copy to submit to MSP? Obviously its easy enough to send attach an image of the Texas temporary Hunters card, but will MSP care that it isn't "signed?"

    Thanks

I didn't want to give them a reason to not approve. I signed my temp card, took a pic of it and attached my signed TX temp hunters card in the app.

I only submitted my app 11/10/16 though. I can only guess that should work since there was no spot to actually enter in the TX Hunter Certification ID.

I guess that is what I will do as well. Better safe than sorry.

Did you add in a letter stating the law (from early in this post) or just attach the card and photo ID?

I haven't submitted anything yet however. Going for fingerprinting tomorrow. Will try to update this post as I go along to hopefully help others.

I didn't add the letter though I've read people doing it with just the TX hunter ID, or TX hunter ID and letter both with success. However, if you haven't submitted yet you might as well do it all. Form letter is readily available and it would be just one other attachment to include.

Now that I think about it...not including the letter puts a hole in my "I didn't want to give them a reason not to approve" argument. He's to hoping.
