No to distract - but I'll recommend the Tikka from earlier in the thread. I have a Tikka T3 CTR which has a heavier threaded barrel that I frequently shoot suppressed. It's stupid accurate if I do my part...

I have had my eye on a Bergara B-14 Ridge rifle in either .308 or 7mm, does anyone have experience in those? They look of good quality, can be had for $650 if you look hard enough, can be converted to removable magazines, have a threaded barrel and a nice action, stock 3lb trigger.

Anyone?

I love mine though it is the older version with the proprietary savage mag. The mags failed and I put in an AICS bottom metal with magpul mags and have not had an issue since. The cheek riser I installed wasn't very expensive.

Picked up a Browning X-Bolt LR Stalker recently in 6.5 CR. Under 1k on gunbroker. Put 40 rounds through it, was getting sub moa groups out of the box at 300 yards. Has a detachable muzzlebreak threaded barrel. Shoots awesome.

I've never been to BBP. I guess I'm long past due.

Duffy's is dangerous. It doesn't mater if they don't have what I'm looking for, they ALWAYS have something I can't live without. That can be hard on the wallet!

So that's why it's been so long since you've graced our doorstep....
