    Have they changed anything regarding not having to register a sear each year? 25 yrs ago you didn't have to. Is that still the case?

    We are talking about a ATF registered transferable sear... registering that each year with MSP?

    Assuming that, if its just the sear, I don't think you have to. Its not considered a gun in MD if it can not fire. I did not register my transferable Dewat before I reactivated it. Now if you stick the sear in a gun and it can now fire, then year probably. I thought I heard some crap about them wanting you to register the host gun as the MG but I would not do that either, I don't care what MSP says, my host is not a MG.
