    There is a tipping point with the level of required/ desired training , and numbers of trainees , where it is better to train inhouse than contracted out .

    What is noteworthy here , is seeking to hire " pure" firearms instructors . Usually one of the management will be designated Firearms Instructor in addition to their regular duties .
