You'll have to have an FFL order it for you. If you try to buy it directly off their website to have sent to an FFL, it will get denied.

PSA is nervous about semiautomatic centerfire rifle sales in Maryland. They will let FFLs buy them for resale.

I've been able to buy Ruger 10/22 rifles directly from them (shipped to my FFL of course for federal background check) without issue.

What their compliance dept told me via email, when I tried to buy one, is that they won't sell any AK47 style rifles to an individual in Maryland unless they are an FFL or LEO with a letter, on dept letterhead, that says that it will be used as a duty weapon.

I put one on order, and paid for it, through a local FFL and have now been waiting 4 months and still have not gotten my rifle.

Knowing PSA is notorious for slow shipping and it's a want, not a need, I wasn't getting too sideways about it.

Now, I am starting to wonder if it's an FFL issue and not a PSA issue.

Sorry for the slight thread hijack.

SOTARized Gen 1 KS-47 on the far left. Runs like a top; barks like a MoFo. Needs a different brake.

Yup, not banned. Interesting about needing to have the FFL buy it for you thing.

Im interested in the PSAK-74, whenever the hell that will get released. Hopefully it can skirt by long enough for me to get my hands on one.
