The American Revolution only involved about 10% of the population. Of course, some would say it only took 3%. Either way, a motivated minority CAN affect change. That is why we have the freedom to discuss this in the first place.

Sadly, there are some here that would hand them over before the ink was dry.

Hell yes there are, and Hell yes they would. Then they’d dime out everyone they knew that didn’t.

We are our own worst enemy.

If our collective economic power has the power of as pissant, then how can we affect any change with letters and emails?

I'm asking genuinely as the economic power was the best I had come up with so far.

There is an old rule of thumb in Marketing that applies to politics as well:

Every letter received represents 10 customers.

Same goes for emails. I'm not sure about social media posts.

ETA: I think that in "Unopposed" single-candidate districts the pols just don't give a sh1t about anyone but the donation sources. This needs fixing.

If we want our rights restored, all we need to do as a group is write letters and send money to the pro 2A groups. Making our faces known to the legislators in pubic is not an valid exercise to get our rights back. It's just too much to ask. (Sarcasm)
