    I think it's a moot point if you pack it up and put in a box in your basement. No one is going to care. The problem is that you can't use the damn thing anywhere. What good is it if you can't shoot with it? It's like buying a gun and never taking it out of the box because you don't want to get it dirty. Why have it???

    The Connecticut Confiscation has not resulted in kick-ins or any ratting out that I am aware of.


    Possibly because they know LE with “unregistered” items would be tatted out, too and ifit was found out that “rogue LE” was given a pass, well, then they would have a riot on their hands.


    Making law that they are too fearful to enforce...

    No, they cannot. Read Maryland's constitution, it bans ex-post facto laws. They can't pass laws that make things you own illegal without providing you with proper compensation.
