Just a heads to those who may have bought the H9, it appears Hudson is filing for bankruptcy.
They were a no show to their booth at shot show and a lawsuit has been filed on behalf of their main parts supplier that is estimated to be around $750k.
They haven’t answered phones or returned customers broken H9’s for the last 6 weeks (many have had them there since summer in need of repair)
Former employee of Hudson has stated that the parts supplier has failed them in many ways, delay times, faulty parts and is the ultimate reason for their product failure.
Such a shame I would was looking forward to getting a H9A after all the bugs and supply delays were worked out, in this odd case the Handgun roster likely saved a lot of Marylanders from heart ache and a $1000 paperweight
