I call bs. they knew what they were doing. They just pretend to be dumb.

    It appears these delegates, like Ramirez, must first make a public attempt to violate the highest laws of the land {BOR 2a} like an initiation into a club or group {communist progressive army?}...or perhaps to receive funding {soros?}
Little doubt there is a ligit war against Democracy, Freedom and Liberty.

If Ramirez was the complainant that precipitated the arrests of pro-2A demonstrators on a public sidewalk in Annapolis, he also doesn't support 1A. Consistent, I suppose, but an interesting position for someone running for a States Attorney office.

They must show they are committed to destroying the Constitution to be accepted and trusted. The order to arrest was from higher up as in "we've got your back", but likely spurred from his fear/cries of being confronted at the coffee party.

    Lay off the Republican senators

One if their chiefs of staff was completely flummoxed at the number of emails she got. She said it was keeping her from getting anything done.

I could be wrong, but I don’t know that it is actually a crime to be in posession of ONLY a magazine as a prohibited person. Ammunition or a gun yes. I don’t think there is language that says a magazines or firearm parts is a crime to have as a prohibited person.

You are correct, I implied in my statement the the crime was committed with a firearm with the magazine. If they were to make possession of a magazine greater than 10 rounds illegal for a convicted felon that would be a new law. New but dumb.

To all that testified, submitted emails, and called in, thank you for your time and effort. It is appreciated by the community as a whole.

All this for a box with springs that will be easily made on a 3D printer very soon.

On my way out of the Judiciary Committee chamber, I held the door open because I saw someone in my peripheral. Turns out it was Senator Brochin. He could have kept walking, but instead struck up a conversation ... said he liked my testimony. We chatted for a short while out in the rotonda area.

I very much enjoyed watching Jen Pauliukliukliukonis get pounced on by multiple Senators with her big pile o' statistics. They weren't buying what she was shovelling.

Most of the mdpgv ladies bailed by about 6pm. The 2A folks, however, were there until the end. It was good to stand and testify with y'all.

google is your friend, I am not.
No matter the intent, this should be defeated. Even if amended, some retailers will no doubt think maryland banned magazine possession and stop selling them to Marylanders.

This is a retarded bill. Felons already cannot own guns or ammo. More laws are not the solution when prosecutors and judges are not keeping people behind bars in the first place.

They all left at the beginning of the magazine restriction Bill, which means that they didn't hear the Baltimore police testufy that NO LAWFUL GUN OWNERS COMMITTED A FIREARMS-RELATED CRIME IN BALTIMORE LAST YEAR!!!

676 total shootings, not one done by a concealed carry permit holder. 'nuff said.

Thank you for being there and for your civility and good manners. Don't trust that snake in the grass Brochin. He is as dangerous to our cause as any of the Demanding Mommies, if not more so, as he will stab you in the back while smiling to your face.

How many times did Zirkin say: "It's not In my wheelhouse."

So, what is in your wheelhouse?

Yes, that was quite often and transparent. Is it some caveat that no matter which way he votes it is an excuse to hold him blameless?

The ladies wouldn't care. One lady so animated and against passing the right to buy a rifle in Ohio, under Maryland rule of law.. it's just pointless to even try talking sense to these types.

I'm more concerned if your testimony fell on deaf ears where it counts. The Magazine sponsors seemed to back track, but none of this is over till the fat lady sings.
