In the realm of fairness and within the legal parameters presented by the Black Tuesday event known as HB281...
Can we, in Maryland have a special section devoted to sales OUTSIDE of Maryland. The items being offered would be regulated to ONLY those items that can be purchased by those members who live outside of the State of Maryland. This way, those members who wish to offer items to others who live in "real America" could still do so without having to pay fees associated with Gun Broker and other sites that charge fees for the ads/sales processed via their site. Such a section would be financially beneficial to those members who live in Maryland and those members who live outside of our gulag as well.
I do not see anywhere in HB281 that prohibits the transfer to out of state residents of the firearms on the "NO BRING INTO THE STATE" list.
It there is such a provision, I will happily withdraw my request. If NOT, then why not?
So how about a section in the classifieds that is titled "FOR SALE OUTSIDE OF MARYLAND"?
Thanks for any consideration of this idea/suggestion.
