    The role model for acceptance of OC in urban-ish yuppiefied regions was the VCDL in Northern Va . Aa combination of public events and group outings to nice dining estblishments . Be well dressed of all ages , in bussiness casual and nicer of just the right size (of group). Outreach to local PDs in advance. When the harrasment and/ arrest of members occured they remained calm and noncambative. Club leadership/ designated representives would meet w/ station commanders/ chiefs for polite meeting emphasing with carrots of cooperation and training materials with lawsuits as distant plan B .

    Not impossable to do , but the groundwork first is for CC be already be accepted and viewed as at least semi-common. Which still has a long way to reach in MD.

    Another thing VCDL did was to work with LE to educate LEO's on the legalities of OC. There were some initial conflicts but it's really been smoothed out. It is very rare to read or hear about a conflict between LE and Oc'ers.

    Baby steps as always.

    You probably just wasted your money. 4CA issued another stay. G & S is back and your permit will be probably be denied and your check cashed if you already submitted. Live Scan is only good for 72 hours so that's probably gone too.
