  • Want to put a light on it but am reluctant to drill and tap the frame to attach a rail. The problem is that I can't find ANY trigger guard mounts that were made {I've seen a few manufacturers} ANYWHERE. Any point in the right direction would be appreciated.

    Where they send me.
    I would drop Surefire a line, I think they made them in the past (before rails) for the SIGS as well as the Beretta 92. Others also made them for the 92, one called a TICK and I think INSIGHT made one also. I have most of them for the 92s that were made.

    Example of one on the bay now;

    So, may want to look at the Beretta ones and then see if those companies made and for the SIG.

    I wouldn't drill it. $$ to do right and hurts the value of the pistol. Better to sell it and buy a new one with rail.

    I would also contact the people that make the Recover for the 1911 and Beretta to see if they have one coming out to help you.
