I have a Maryland Wear and Carry permit related to my business. I'm moving just over the line in PA, but will still be conducting business here. Will I need to go through the entire permitting process again, or does my current permit get me some sort of fast track?

My brother lives in DE. and has a permit from Maryland but the business is in Maryland . It really is the same permit I have , no distinction for Non-Res.

I will add that I would think you would have to have a business in Maryland in order to get it .

If the conditions under which your permit was granted still exist, I see no reason to do anything.

As noted, MD makes no distinction on your permit where you live.

    But IANAL.

The MD. permit has no address on it . But the MSP on file have your address so I would think that those two items would have to match . But the permit does not need to be changed ,it is perfect till it expires .

I never looked or remembered if the permit had a mailing address on it

Md only has one Permit process , no distinction on the residency of the applicant/ holder.

Presuming the G&S is otherwise unchanged, all the OP needs to do is a change of address.

Yup, G&S is unchanged. I will still be conducting the business covered in the G&S and on the back of my permit in Maryland.

If Paladin wasn't cracking a joke with that line , he should have been .

    No such requirement .
