I’m so glad I don’t live in NY anymore. I’m curious as to how the cops found his weapons. I bet his rights were trampled. In any case, why bring attention to yourself if you have “undocumented” firearms?

What guns does he have that are illegal? Other than what looks like a FAL (possibly banned in NY?), mostly pellet rifles and 22’s? Small caliber handguns? Unless he was a prohibited person, methinks the media is taking some liberties with this one (I guess there’s a 1st time for everything).

I believe BB guns are illegal in NYC, at least they were when I was growing up.

Good point. Forgot they had that law in NYC. It would be nice if the “journalist” had offered some information as to why this arsenal was deemed to be illegal, but I think you probably hit it on the head.
