Can I email my notarized Collectors application to Cpl Cusimano or do i have to mail it because I have read that others have emailed it in.

but you can fax things that are notarized. i heard if it is a seal it has to be sent by mail but if the notary uses a stamp it can be faxed or emailed. not 100% though
I'm not 100% sure either. I mailed mine last fall and got it 4 weeks, to the day, later.
I can't imagine emailing or faxing would gain you that much time.

I did send it by email but should I mail it anyway just in case I cant use the email route or should I wait.

Bob Sr. at The Gun Shop took my application, notarized it, and faxed it to the good Corporal. I got the confirmation letter two or three weeks later.

Sent by email and the Cpl. responded and let me know that it is in the batch for the beginning of april
