I have been a Marylander for 25 years. Next month, I will wave good bye to this state that has been my home for nearly half of my life. We are moving to Red Lion, PA. I'll still be working in Maryland and my extended family is here. I'll also continue to teach firearms classes here, but this move has been a long time coming.
I'm not forgetting my 2A brethren in Maryland. I'll continue to support MSI, because none of us are free when one of us is in chains.

Yeah I am looking south and what your money down there gets you is AMAZING!

    True this!

Everybody has their own idea of what a "palace" looks like. For me, and with Central Maryland prices in mind as a comparison, 250k in many areas of the Carolinas would buy me more house than I could stand. It really is a shock to see the differences.

    Where they send me.
I have put md in my rear view several times now and was always HAPPY to see it go. Will only be one more time for me as I will NOT be back when I get out next time. Don't care if it is the week before I die, just get me out of here!

Congrats to you for moving to America! I dream of freedom also.............

Glad you can pull it off. I hope your newly found freedom will allow you more time for pleasurable things than trying to remember all the Maryland gun legalities.

Second Amendment aside, you’ll escape the oppressive taxes and regulation not to mention the liberal bastion mentality wherein we working/tax paying stiffs are treated like slaves.

MD doesn’t deserve citizens. MD demands fealty as serfs.

You won’t miss any of that shiite.

    Go. Be free. Enjoy.

9 more years until I can retire, then i'll be leaving this Republik in the dust too. The eastern mountains of Tennessee are calling my name...
