    Seen a bunch of videos on it on youtube and supposedly its gonna be a really good gun, but I have yet to see any real world reviews on it. I turn 21 the 24th of June and was wondering if I should make this my first handgun?
    what say ye!?

    Don't say get a glock! lol

    I have one and have put around 400 rounds through it. The gun, for the price, is great! It's much more accurate than I expected. I compared it to my Sig P320C, CZ P07 (cajunized), and rented a Glock 19 Gen 4.

    Some points about the gun;
    • Soft shooter with very little muzzle flip.
    • The trigger is very good and the reset makes for easy accurate follow-ups. The trigger is also getting smoother with use.
    • Stippling is too aggressive. My hand was feeling it after 2 mag dumps.
    • Magazine release is very very tight. It's loosened up with use but is still too tight
    • Had 2 failures to lock open. I tested the mags in the P07 and had no issues.

    So how did it shoot compared to the field? The P07 was the best, I'm also biased towards hammer over striker. The rest of the field was about even. P10c had the best trigger but the mag release and my hand comfort was suffering. The Glock was a glock. Shot well, trigger is meh, but ran flawlessly and is somewhat comfortable (I don't like Glock's grip angle). The P320 shot great, by far the most comfortable, feels like a quality gun, but the muzzle flip you get makes it a little it slower to get back on target for me in comparison to the P10c.

    Which to buy? I'd say try them all. They are all distinctly different. If I had to choose, omitting the P07, I'd get the P10c, Sig, and then Glock simply because it's not as comfortable for me.

    Pretty much. You simply can't beat it for the price. I'd say CZ has set a new bar for what should be expected of polymer striker fire in the future.

    Just did my paperwork at United in Rockville for mine today. The grip and trigger were wonderful. I can't wait to get it to the range.

    Now the magazine search is on. I have a P07 but I heard that those mags don't work in the P10-c. And not those stupid 10 round socialist magazines.

    No worries. I'd tell you to get a Walther PPQ. :D

    I'll probably get a P-10C once the initial frenzy dies down a bit. All of my other CZ's have proven themselves to be very accurate and reliable guns. I shoot them fairly well but since discovering the Walther PPQ(s), I honestly don't think I'll find another striker-fired pistol (at this time) that I like more than the two I own now, that are more accurate, have a better trigger and are more comfortable to shoot. AFAIK, that pistol doesn't exist yet.

    YMMV

    I still haven't gotten my Purchase Permit, which is actually saving my wallet. Otherwise right now I'd be trying to get back into my wife's good graces when she found out we had another CZ in the family. Someday though I'll probably invest in one.

    P07s are now shipping with mags that fit both the P07 and P10c but if you have an older P07 you are boned.
