    The short answer is Yes. Black powder guns, originals and reproductions, are not "firearms" as far as federal and Maryland laws are concerned. Bring 'em, post pics, tell us about 'em.

    The real question is, why in the name of sanity are you moving back to Maryland from Montana? That's some gorgeous country over there, and they know what the Constitution is.
