    Does anyone know anything about this rail system used by the Afghan National Police on their AMD-65. I found this on the wikipedia article for AMD-65. I was wondering who made it.

    Correct, it's the CAA rail. I think I'd personally go with a TWS Dogleg and either the MI-AK-SS or Damage Industries handguard, but it's definitely a pretty-looking setup.
