Certain sundays in certain counties (and it varies) and on private property only
I think it's pretty shitty to kill a squirrel that was on his way to church.

Excellent point. If someone were arrested/fined for Sunday hunting then they should be able to claim religious discrimination. Now, which religion has their holy day on a weekday? I want to be able to get a day off of work and hunt all weekend.

I hate the law of no hunting on sunday. At least make it like crabbing and do no hunting on wednesdays. Only thing with allowing sunday hunting is I can see the restrictions being a lot tougher for bucks due to the influx of hunting.
