    On that 2 inch AR am I imagining things or can you see the tip of the bullet sticking out the end of the "Barrel"

    Given that the overall length of the cartridge is longer than 2 in (2.26 max) there will be a portion of the bullet sticking out of the barrel.

    There is no minimum barrel length for pistol ARs in terms of the law.

    But personally.
    Nothing shorter than 10.3” on a 5.56

    8” or shorter on 300 blackout.

    On pistol caliber builds ( AR9s). 4.5” is the shortest in go. Due to its hard to find handguards that will work with anything shorter.

    If you plan to some day suppress this pistol, always keep in mind barrel length when picking your suppressor. Many have a maximum/minimum barrel length requirement.
