Never used it but have been looking for some to try. Have heard some that do use it refer to it as the Swedish Varget.

All powders will meter through a progresive press. Only that some will be more consistant than others.

If you want very consistant rounds with extruded powder, you need to weigh each charge.

I disagree, Example: IMR 4198 extrusions are strong enough to cause a case activated drop to damage the cartridge neck trying to cut through.

I weigh each charge anyway. Has anyone actually tried it? Seems like H335, being rarer than a unicorn, is not my best AR powder option. I don't mind being the guinee pig, I just don't have the reloading experience to say its better or worse than this or that powder.

Just a heads up on one post showing 25 grains for a55[[midway] gr pill is a hot load in my AR with military brass 16 in barrel. @23 grains @2700 fps is good for me. Only loaded and tested 50 rounds so far

Also WW748, which has been available recently. Ball powder, meters well, and good for .223 and .308.

I will have to try that one. I may have some 4198 around.

Right now, I would buy some H335 at a not so reasonable price. :)

    But not outrageous.

I have enough "that's all I could get" supplies. Since I can only have 5lbs in MD, I need to make them count!
