The real question is will it have an ambidextrous curve feature

This POS was not made for a demographic that already owns or knows anything about guns. It's missing iron sights. Even on a belly gun I want some minimal sort of notch & post.

First I said I didn't trust semi-auto, then I said that I would never own a polymer semi, and now I'm saying I don't think so but if history repeats itself and someone refines it so it becomes a better tool. then you never know.

How do you aim this thing?

    That's my point exactly.

If you read the Guns & Ammo "review" (aka paid advertisement), it sounds like they think you'll take time to turn on the laser, or just point the pistol. It's got a crosshair etched across the back of the slide. I've never seen or used a sight system like that, so I'm calling it cosmetic. So the best you'll have in a reactive situation is instinct shooting.

Sure, maybe the typical defensive shooting is under five yards. Or maybe that's a myth. Is that a valid excuse to leave off the sights? To me, they're doing a great disservice to their customers.
