Best used gun selection ?

Had the urge and time today to go look at some guns but most of the shops near here (AA county) have all new guns and very few consignments. I'd have liked to stumble on an old Colt Diamondback or just some cool guns rather than all the new stuff which I can see anywhere. Let me know any ideas?

There's a pawn shop over in Pasadena...can't remember the name or address. They always had some cool stuff

I feel your struggle. I love my LGS, but almost all he has is new stuff. United Gun Shop and A-1 Uniform advertise alllllll kinds of used/consignment guns on here. Check out their Industry Partner subforums. They are out of range for me, but probably closer to you.

Tylers, Duffys, BBP and 2a usually have a good selection of used stuff as well.
I really like when the IP's post what they have. I also really hate when the IP's post what they have.....

I find it worth the time to drive up to Sparks and check out Duffy's once in a while ... a 'scenic' drive from the Parole area, but refreshing.

If they are still in business, Arundel Pawn in GB is like steping back 40yrs in a time machine. ( To me, this is a Good Thing .)

Added - I don't often make it that way. But when I did, I made a circuit of Bart's ( now gone) , A&D Pawn, Arundel Pawn, and Scott's Gunsmithing.

Gun Bunker just across the PA. line in Shrewsbury tends to have a pretty good selection of interesting used firearms. I try to stop by when heading up into PA. via 83 N. They don't post much but they are an IP here as well.

Agreed on both counts. Arundel Pawn has a ton and a half of hocked hunting gear. Cases, slings, gun belts, you name it, its there

It's out of the way from AA county (where I live too) but check out Gunrunners in Frederick, I found my avatar among other very interesting pieces there

On your way up to Cabela's in Delaware, they have used guns, the gun library, and standard capacity magazines in a sales tax free state. Take the back way from exit 89 up 155 to 161 to Rt.1 to 273. You'll miss the tolls and can stop by Rick's Guns and Pawn in Conowingo (used guns) and X-Ring Supply in Newark on your way to Cabela's.

Cabela's always has a pretty big used gun supply. If you want huge, know what you want, and are willing to make the road trip, check out Ace's Sporting Goods in Washington, Pennsylvania. They boast to having 4,000 used guns at any one time.

Go to Charley Steele's in Lewes. There's quite a bit of everything in there and you never know what you may find in the boxes on the floor. Gunshooters in Georgetown has some good shopping as well.
