Red Maryland has produced a summary of the story, emphasizing the use of Gmail by Frosh to discuss MD State business, and is asking the right questions online:

FTA:
- Is it legal for Michael Bloomberg to pay the salary of an attorney in the Office of the Attorney General?

- Who does this attorney report to? Do they take orders from a state employee or from somebody outside state government?

- Who owns the work of the attorney? Do their records and information belong to the state or does it belong to Bloomberg?

- Whose interests is this attorney representing; the state of Maryland, or Michael Bloomberg?

Actually Governor Hogan has tried at least twice to cut Frosh's budget but has been denied by the legislature.

To hell with the MDGA, this sounds to me like a Federal RICO beef. Anybody have Bill Barr's email?

Explain to me how it's legal to "embed" people in an agency, any agency, including the AGs office? This sounds like illegal lobbying to me.

A good story to share on local and social media, because this involves Maryland, other states and DC.

Local social media asking the MD press to get on this story:

What action could he take? The AG is elected and not under the power of the Gov. The MGA has given Frosh more power than his office should have. I get you dont like Hogan, I'm not a fan either. But, he is has no control of the AG office.

Now he may be able to ask for an IG or SP review or investigation.

Which he (Fat Larry) will not do , Hogan is a do nothing . The only thing I can think of off the top of my head he has done is lower tolls .

He won't rein in the BS because he is part of it .

It is opinion based and like I said earlier someone else's may vary , I can respect that .
And yes I don't care for Hogan .
