    Thank you for the link, it was a worthwhile listen. Thomas made the statement (in referring to fellow justices) "People will actually consider your argument". I wish this happened more in society.

    I had a chance to attend "Oral Arguments" once, and it was a really neat experience. I highly recommend it. I regularly find myself listening to podcasts of interesting cases and IANAL.
