Both houses need to pass a version that is the same. They can either do this by accepting the other house's version, or forming a conference committee to iron out the differences.

They can recede (accept Senate amendments and pass) or refuse and try a conference committee to see if they can work it out and revote before sine die (maybe even 11:30 this time due to joint session to honor speaker Busch)

To get to a conference there have to be votes by both house and Senate to recede. I dont see it on either agenda.

The senate version was not concurred in judiciary committee, so sent to conf committee. We were in judiciary when they had a quick voting session

That seems to be right move if I'm reading the bill correctly. Why get the C&R FFL 03 if it does you no good.
