    So they have to amend it again, pass it to the senate, and re-vote? I'm new to this.

    Both houses need to pass a version that is the same. They can either do this by accepting the other house's version, or forming a conference committee to iron out the differences.

    They can recede (accept Senate amendments and pass) or refuse and try a conference committee to see if they can work it out and revote before sine die (maybe even 11:30 this time due to joint session to honor speaker Busch)

    The word we got from someone very in the know is that Atterbeary is fit to be tied with what the Senate did. Says that she is playing the "This is what Mike Busch wanted" card. ...
