You again are missing key facts , nobody is saying they are working 24/7 what is being said is we have a potential of working at any hour . The 24/7 argument is just a way to deliver a message .

Nobody can work 24/7 Impossible , i think most folks understand the on-call issue and alarms and such .

I claim any permit and associated cost to my business .

I've been to several meetings. I heard that verbatim many times. Your analysis nobody can work 24/7 is exactly why my eyes roll when people testify they do. Being on call 24/7 is not working 24/7? It's why trying this in front of judge isn't going anywhere. If people testify they work 24/7, then the restriction imposed is no problem. Judges do not really explore what isn't before them, so all the forward looking testimony of being arrested etc. , they'll visit that when it happens.

You and I have a different set of opinions on the 24/7 thing , i am hearing one thing you are hearing something else .

    But okay with me .
Nobody knows how this OAH will turn out , i do have my doubts but if the Law Judge made errors in some very basic areas it may be a way to attack the process .

Much like the HPRB step though, the AVERAGE person isn't up to the task of screwing around for months on end for what can be done in 25 minutes for $20 bucks in PA by their residents.

I don't know how we're not just shot directly in the face by stray bullets as we cross over the State line. It must be like a modern wild west up there.
I live near the Mason Dixon Line and spend as much time in PA as MD. When it comes to carrying, it's like flying out of a cloud bank into clear blue skies when I cross into PA.

It's a sure bet that if the antis in the MGA are trying to have all appeals go through an ALJ they already know how most if not all appeals will end up. I will make the following prediction

Once MSP LD sees that appeals are being denied they will NOT APPROVE a larger percentage of applications...And for those who had their disapproval or restrictions overturned by the HPRB you will be denied or restricted when renewal time comes around.

Our Socialist Government here in Maryland wants us to beholding to them , they determine what we as citizens can do . They are the parents we are living in their house we will do as they say and not what they do .

I would think happy citizens would produce so much more productivity and results for our state . I only buy what i have to buy in this state , and if i have a chance to buy elsewhere i always choose elsewhere . Others should consider the same when you can .
We don't want to reward the Socialist that ration out God given rights

Filing suit in Circuit Court. That's when the expenses really start piling up.

This is where it may be prudent to pool our resources on suitable case(s).

I haven't heard much from MSI on this.

Thank you Welder for taking on this challenge. I'm about one year away from dealing with tghe OAH after my upcoming renewal. I think that these first few cases are going to set the tone going forward.

MSP meets their burden right in the statute. It speaks for itself, but if some want to try embellishing it and swing with that, give it a try. Not seeing any caveats they can't do exactly how it reads.

    AAG disagrees with you.

If I can be honest , i wish i was not the crash test dummy but i don't run away from many fights .
I have won most of them in the end but the pain of getting there is tough at times .

It won't go anywhere, Senate Rules committee had it's hearing the day before yesterday. Unless there is some serious arm twisting to the Senate leadership, I'm not sure this will make it to committee.

Didn't it get crossfiled as HB1343 earlier? Did the House version make it before the filing deadline or does it hit the same rules hurdle as the late-filed Senate bill? HB1343 made it past First Reading according to the MGA web site..
