An early point: Where in the Constitution did we, the people, delegate to the Federal Government the authority to regulate firearms? Nowhere.

yeah well, the federal govment can seize your assents and through you in jail. you do not have more money to defend yourself against a tyrannical govment hellbent on prosecuting you for their VIOLATIONS. just saying, :smoke:
