I think I remember it explained to me that they fill in a appointment time slot that was vacated by someone else early.

Is there a meeting this Tuesday 05-03-16 ?? and is anything planned that would show support from another member from MDS , I have only attended one meeting because of family commitments .

They never needed money for postage when they did not approve any licenses because there was nothing to mail. :rolleyes:
