Sanner's Lake down by Lexington Park has just about every type of action match there is. Ann Arundel Fish and Game has most everything also. Have shot in both places a few times even though I live in WV. Not sure about other places. Eastern Shore Practical Shooters in Sudlersville has monthly USPSA matches.
It's not exactly lower Eastern Shore, but the Nanticoke Sportsman's Club near Seaford, DE has a monthly Steel Challenge shoot that might get your competitive juices going. Here's their website:

There is a club in Bridgeville, DE that hosts regular IDPA matches.
Us fellas in Virginia at the NOAAWIVA Sportsmans Club hold (or try to hold) a monthly IDPA match, roughly 7-8 miles south of Pocomoke. Google NOAAWIVA, there is a calendar link on the home page...
