Hand drill is the only tool that I would say is a must. The rest can be done with any sharp object and some sandpaper if necessary. It ain't rocket surgery. There are lots of videos available for instructions.

In additional to the tools used to mill the lower, I believe you will need:

    Glock Channel Liner tool

    https://www.midwayusa.com/product/1019380245/swenson-glock-channel-liner-tool

    Front sight tool

    https://www.midwayusa.com/product/1007071416/glock-screw-on-front-sight-installation-tool

    3/32" or 2.5 mm punch

    .

I stand corrected. I agree that a front sight wrench is really needed, too. It is almost impossible to tighten the sight screw enough, without it. The channel liner can be installed properly without the channel liner tool, though. I use a punch that happens to fit perfectly into the channel. A few light taps is all it takes.

Thanks I will look into those tools I know I have the punch and I’m thinking about getting the whole kit where the uppers already assembled with the slide not sure yet though

Saturday away from PSA unless someone is helping you check it out.

My last two AR classes had 3 PSA uppers with short headspace.
