That is because for years (decades), Baltimore City has been unable or unwilling to confront the crime rate, so they grasp at straws and blame inanimate objects (guns) as a way to show that they are doing something. Funny, we never hear MADD talking about regulating cars as a way to reduce drunk driving.

Jessamy really needs to concentrate on keeping her own house in order before going after something else.
Ever sit in on court in the city?.......every case is drug related.....drugs or theft.....and these douchebags keep winding up back on the street.
Jessamy, herself, has let the city go to crap. It's a well known fact that you can commit all the crimes you want in Baltimore City and get away with it.
