    Not if he's wearing a Toque and chefs' jacket and said he was just trying to make lunch for his pals. Gas burner and pot (not MJ) or pan near said burner along with ingredients for lunch would go faster if his pals were wearing Bodycams or using a cell phone to verify this activity,
