Anyone ever notice that gypsy mannequin hanging from the tree off of Chestnut Ridge Road near the Valero? I want to say she showed up about a month before Halloween last year on a noose. She hung there for a few months before someone (possibly a passerby) set a pool ladder under her. She sat on the ladder all winter, but this past week she disappeared. I think we need to put out an APB on her. I kind of miss the old hag.
