Smigiel just got a C&R and antique exemption from the HQL through without objection!
I'm in the Judiciary hearing....it's amazing how clueless the MoCo Dems etc are, even with explanations. Almost everything they are doing creates misunderstanding inside this room. Imagine when this goes statewide...

FYI, that bill would require you to report ANY threat of death. IE, kid says "I'm gonna kill you!" Etc etc. not a good amendment.

Ok...thanks for clarification. I heard him pause carefully and consider it. The Confusion was Mike voting for it. (unless I mistook Smeigel's vote)
