Everyone who wants an AR already has one by now. That's why prices are down...Trump won the election so demand crashed and there's an oversupply of black rifles on the market. It's all supply and demand at work. It's great if you're a buyer...sucks if you're a seller.

In my opinion the best deal was Brownells sale on 6720, M4 COMPLETE LOWER RECEIVER 5.56X45 delivered to FFL for $232.50. The lower didn't have LE, but did have the M4 stamp.
