How do the outdoor Seed clinics differ from the indoor ones? There are some events scheduled at the NRA headquarters range, but they're all indoors (I live in Fairfax county). I usually shoot only at outdoor ranges and would prefer an outdoor shoot but don't like the drive into MD.

Straight answer: there should be no difference.
(The program content is the same)

    However, realities are:
    1) The indoor events at NRA range are usually not on weekends because that's too busy for the NRA range, consequentially, they can be difficult to get to if on a weekday.
    2) The indoor events do not have the challenges outdoor ranges can present, such as:
    - Adverse Temperature and Weather (No Winterseed patches earned indoors!)
    - Noise from adjacent ranges during the instruction phases.

Sorry I didn't see your question earlier... we moved the MD Appleseed thread to here.

Thanks for the info. I'll see if I can borrow my wife's car next month and come to Maryland.
