City of San Carlos firearm poll

The City of San Carlos, which recently passed a ban on firearm retailers opening in the city (putting a new Turner's store that they had already given a permit to operate out of business before it could open) has resorted to doing an online survey on gun control laws. Most people are not be aware of this survey, but it seems that the rabidly anti-gun promoters found a way to alert the anti-gun crowd through word of mouth or private email lists.

This is the reason why this country is a constitutional reblic and not a direct democracy. Poplular opinion should not be a method of impairing people's rights or legitimate business ventures.

Bright side it’s in CA, so after the “Big One” we can forget it exists while visiting sunny beach front Nevada
