    I bought this gun used a couple months ago and I know nothing about how it should be assembled. Is my sear spring correctly installed? I think the rivet should fit in the slot. Instead it is behind the slot. It fires without issue. Sweet gun. The more I look at it and compare it to other guns, I think Browning was an artist. The lines are well done. The angles are appropriate. There's nothing overdone or underdone.

    Looks OK to me - a little different to mine but similar. Both the springs I looked at are in the same position as yours - but are a round button where yours looks like it has a piece that extends out from the circle.
