Don't be amazed...they let a black man die on the street just outside a DC fire station with EMTs on duty a few months ago and got sued up the gazoo over that one. Several from that crew got disciplined but seriously doubt anyone lost a job over it.
They don't give a shit about anything down that way and long ago they adopted the same attitude as Congress...it's me me me and fxxk you.

Actually, it probably won't. The DC fire department now encrypts their communications and has not shared the key with mutual aid providers.
I was told on MPDC encrypted their radios and DCFD did not. Has this changed?
