Seems like you are on a necro-thread revival mission.

Anne Arundel Co. police no longer does fingerprinting unles court ordered, according to their website.
    https://www.aacounty.org/services-and-programs/fingerprints

City of Laurel Police, call first. According to their website, they are having equipment problems.
What kind of problems can they have using ink?

This may be useful. Looks like AA Co. police MIGHT do ink fingerprinting at their headquarters on Veterans Hwy.
I will find out tomorrow when I go there.

This is the same as above , but not showing AA Co police headquarters as doing fingerprinting.

If they are a LE agency, then FL will accept them. Don’t forget to have them place their info on the rear of the print card as required in the FL print instructions

I was told at the information front desk that they will not do any fingerprinting, unless court ordered.

Just pointing out that most states accept scanned prints printed on cards in lieu of ink prints

Not stating whether a PD does them

    Somewhere in MD
Laurel PD did mine last time I needed them for a renewal - prints gathered on their LiveScan, with a hard print to the card after the prints were taken.

The instructions indicate ink. But they don't specifically disallow it either. Just clear and legible. I'd call and ask because there really is no difference. The only definite rule seems to be they must be taken at a LE agency.

FL seems to be more interested that the prints be clear and legible rather than how they are printed.
