buying your first gun and you already want a ccw permit o.o...? and the md compliant one thats 2$ cheaper is the one you should get unless you want to pay 20-100 for your ffl guy to get you a casing ask him how much they charge for a shell casing if you dont wanna save yourself some money

btw your OTD price on those buds guns are more than 500 after ffl fees tax and msp fee. I would shoot 2A and Constitutional Firearms an email asking for a price.
