    I am looking for a longer range than 100 yrd's. Looks like there is one near my home but it is a private club, Does anyone have any info on Stoney Creek?

    I just read about Stoney Creek a couple weeks ago; I'd be interested too as I live near that area. I didn't even know it was out there. I've been going to Hap Baker at the Carroll County dump (it's ~200yds), but it's a bit of a hike. There's On Target and MSAR somewhat close by for pistols but not a lot of longer-range rifle options that I've found.

    From Dundalk, any rifle range is going to entail some driving. AGC is probably going to be the closest (around the beltway and out Rt70 about 45 minutes) and cheapest from where you live.

    Stoney Creek would be closer. But is a traditional private club, and feedback on MDS from members and former members is mixed.

    Meanwhile, AGC is next closest, and has the complete gamit of constituant sub-clubs - Full service, various specialities, and no frill .
