I want to rent a kiosk in front of it selling bottled water.
There are several of these back home in WV. They're pretty good.
Maybe one of the Arundel Mills Mall "neighborhoods" should just be this, the hot-sauce store (pepper palace or some such?) vape shops and "As Seen on TV" stores all in a row. They could call it "redneck row" or some such thing.

Got one in York, average about $30 a #, but a good bit of variety, seems a bit too specialized a buisness model, no idea how they stay in buisness.
It's a front for Russian Hackers.
I went to a gun show 2 weeks ago and can you believe it, no beef jerky. 1,200 tables, 95% guns and accessories, but no jerky.
Oh the humanity.

funny thing, it is in the parking lot of a casino in York, there is a casino near the Jerky outlet in Arundel Mills too, Trump has been in the casino buisness for decades, you might be onto something

Maybe I missed it but I was at the gun show in Frederick today and I didnt see any jerky there either? But there was some delicious smelling cinnamon sugar pecans and almonds roasting

I bought out the one at the Gettysburg outlets yesterday. Bought some kangaroo for the kids. Thought it would freak out the wife.
