    This question might be better in either the Central Maryland section which includes Anne Arundle County (Annapolis is on the Western Shore) or in the Jobs section where most people look for people to do things.

    Can a homeowner pull a permit where you live if one is needed?? Its not a hard task to do. Search how to, many videos about every part of the install follow all local codes (which are the minimum by the way) and get inspected if you think necessary.:innocent0
