    The way I read it a VA resident can carry in VA on another state's license, provided they are 21 or over and haven't had a VA permit previously revoked, in addition to carrying ID and the other state can verify the permit.

    I am now living in Virginia and has a Virginia DL but,has a non-res Va. ccw and a Florida,was told at the Fairfax Co. Courthouse to ride out with the non-res permit and I could still ccw.Why I was abit confused.My non-res Va. expires in 7 months.But,will still get intouch with Richmond for a change of address card.
