From the first paragraph of the article:

"An Anne Arundel Circuit Court judge affirmed Tuesday that Krishanti Vignarajah is eligible to run in Maryland’s Democratic gubernatorial primary, following a lawsuit by a Baltimore County man who sought to remove her name from the ballot."

Seems pretty obvious to me there is a law broken here.

Judge is a Democratic machine favorite from wayback. Was director of the Stadium Authority for years starting under Schaeffer and was an O'Malley appointee to the court. Possibly the only circuit court nominee in the state who never tried a case.

This was brought up before. It was revealed that she voted in the past elections in Washington even though she says she has a residence in Maryland. Seems plain to me that her residence is the state she voted in. It has been showed that she does not meet the residency time requirements to be eligible. Should all inundate Froshole with emails on our displeasure and disbelief.
