Just FYI, got a form 4 for a customer today. We filled out his form 4 on 12/04 and he mailed it the next day, along with copy of his trust. So time frame still seems in the 8 week range from mailed to returned.

On a form 2? If you are a manufacturer like myself, 6 weeks tops on a form 2. If you aren't a manufacturer, you will not get approval on a form 2

Well its my weapon (although yes, not technically yet...but paid for) on the form 2, but I am not the manufacturer. Its a bit of a long story now, but I know why its been so long. It looks like the road is coming to an end though.

I just called for an update (pending Jan. 3rd), and was told that right now, form 4's are running 4+ months, and I won't see my suppressor until April. :banghead:

When I called I was told that it was their goal at the latest to process form 4's in 4 months from the time they go pending. Which is fine but from what people on here have been seeing plus the website on the last page they have been on average beating that.

Form 4 went Pending Jan 6, still waiting to hear from the dealer for the 9mm can.

Reviewer is Snook, but I heard she and a few others are sharing paperwork.

Received 'good to go' letter from MSP last week or the week before which was headed with the date 1/26/2011. Waiting for prints and forms to be returned.

Date in top right says "Received: 11/06/2010" I don't know what that means because I definitely didn't even drop my paper work off before the New Year....

Received paper work back from MSP last week stamped February 11th...

Sent everything to the Feds yesterday :patriot:

from the looks of NFAtracker.com it looks like two months from purchase date. I'm waitin for my call any day now....

It looks like it's really hard to predict. There are time frames from "pending" to "approved" that range from 2 weeks to 6 months. I went pending January 3rd; there are a few on there that have gone pending since me, and have already been approved and received their stamp. :mad54:

I hate waiting (I know; NFA is a patient man's game.)

Well, I need to look into this Dudash character and see the turnover rate for em.
