My oral testimony tomorrow will be about listening to 3 days worth of debate from supposedly educated lawyers that were VERY UN-educated when it comes to firearms and the facts associated with them. I know we are supposed to play nice, but after the last 3 days of crap we've all listened to I'm gonna make my 1 minute count. They might not like it or listen but I sure will feel a HELL of a lot better!!

    I agree!
    Bunch of know-nothings!

It just blows my mind how our representatives and senators, who took an oath when put in office to uphold our constituion and all it represents, throw it all out and basically do what they want and change whatever they want to fit their agenda and goals at the time... WTF?? are they that forgetful? or just Dupid?:banghead:

yes.. you may still transport and use.. you just cant buy or sell after oct. 1.

And since the mags aren't serialized, how do they know if we owned them before or after that date? I think it's the same technicality that they have in MD now. You can own them larger than the limit, but cannot purchase or sell or commit a crime with larger than 10 round magazines in the state (If I understand this correctly).

PLEASE correct me if I am wrong.

If you going to place any blame, blame the people of this state (the majority), they continue to vote (or not) these clowns into power.

I got this email earlier. its a long but great list

Pro-Gun Lobbying from Home - What you can do now

    Delegate Rick Impallaria

Thanks for your many emails supporting the Second Amendment.

I think it’s time for another tactic, which may be more effective since the Governor’s anti-gun bills are moving through the legislative system.

Make phone calls. Here is a list of all senators and delegates by district, with phone extensions. Please carefully read the heading to get the proper area code and exchange. I copied the list from the “Gun Bill Days Info” from Associated Gun Clubs of Baltimore. THEY HAVE RATED EACH LEGISLATOR on their voting record. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING “A” RATED LEGISLATORS, who are staunchly pro-gun. Call the “?” people first and encourage them to respect our 2nd Amendment rights. Then move to “C” and “D” ratings, if any. Concentrate on senators, because the bill is being debated in the Senate right now.

    Thanks for all your efforts.

    Rick Impallaria

What's the likelihood of an injunction per what NYS judge is considering now? Any pro-2A judges in Md. who are willing to take this on?

If it actually makes it through both houses, court action is always the next option.
But first... lets try to stop this in the house so we don't have to go that route.

I know MOM wants to run for POTUS in '16 so why does he want to push this BS? It might help in some dem primaries but in the general election he just screwed himself. Even Obama knew this, thats why he kept mum on 2A issues and even signed the national parks carry bill

He has to get the leftist nomination first, so jumping over that first fence is his motivation.

Injunction will be filed in Federal Court. This is a violation of our 2A rights. Therefore it is a federal question.
